What is your refund policy?

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, no Returns will be given due to product being manufactured specifically for your purchase. We’ll do our best to facilitate swapping out unwashed, unworn and unaltered items for a similar style or store credit. If you have any questions don't hesitate to email us.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express are accepted at Checkout.

We accept PayPal! Simply click the Checkout with PayPal button to initiate checking out with PayPal in your cart. If you are experiencing issues checking out, please contact support@hingeto.com.

Do you store my credit card information?

No we do not. All information is stored by our processor, Stripe. We only store the last 4 and card type, so that you may easily reuse the same credit card for a future purchase (it is kept as a way for you to easily reidentify the payment method, even though Stripe is the custodian).
